We must dismantle the racist and unjust systems around us before we can heal.

As a facilitator: I build trust and collaboration within groups. Together, we must replace the unfair policies, practices, and assumptions all around us. As an agent of change: I guide leaders, partner with community members, and create a positive impact.

I work as both an independent consultant and a subcontractor for other consultants. No matter what I do, I love unearthing the perspectives of people to make systems better.

I collaborate with consultants and leaders of many backgrounds to solve problems large and small.
